• Admission for new students begins before the 10th of every month.
• New applicants must submit their admission form before the 10th of the admission month.
• All students are required to provide accurate personal information and course details at the time of
admission.
• Admission is confirmed only after the submission of the admission form and fee payment.
2. Fee & Refund Policy
• Course fees vary according to the selected course.
• Once admitted, there is no refund policy applicable after three (3) days of admission.
• Students must clear all dues within the scheduled payment dates.
• The institution reserves the right to withhold certificates or course access in case of unpaid fees.
3. Attendance & Leave Policy
• Students are expected to maintain 100% attendance during class hours.
• Leave is acceptable only with a valid and genuine written application.
• Irregular attendance may result in disqualification from exams or suspension of certification
privileges.
4. Staff Policy
• All staff members must perform their duties with seriousness and commitment.
• Any staff member found violating institutional rules or receiving verified complaints may face
termination.
• Regular attendance is mandatory for all staff.
• Staff are expected to maintain a professional appearance and wear decent, formal attire during
working hours.
• Examinations are conducted between the 20th and 30th of every month, after course completion.
• Answer papers will be reviewed by the centre’s evaluation committee.
• Certificates will be issued within 20 days after the evaluation process is complete.
• Any misconduct during exams will result in disciplinary action.
• All students and staff must follow the discipline rules displayed on the centre’s notice wall.
• Misbehavior, disrespect, or violation of institutional rules may lead to suspension or dismissal.
• Cleanliness, punctuality, and respectful conduct are part of the discipline policy.
• Maa Manosha Computer Centre strictly maintains the privacy and confidentiality of all student
and staff data.
• Data collected from students and staff will be used only for educational and administrative
purposes.
• No information will be shared with any individual, external organization, company, or other
training centre without prior consent.
• The institution complies with ethical standards for information protection and data handling.
• For further clarification or queries regarding data use, students or guardians may contact the
administration directly.
